It's been a busy shopping week!

I have been putting this post off for a little bit because the pile of receipts in front of me is a little daunting. Okay, time to dive in. Store #1. Albertsons:
Transaction #1:
  • 4 Nature Valley Granola Thins $2.50 after preferred savings - $0.75/1 MQ which doubled to $1.50/1. I was able to use 3 doublers and one $0.75/1. So three of the granolas were $1 and one was $1.75. Total oop: $4.75
  • 1 gallon of 2% milk - free milk catalina from last trip = FREE milk.
I also used a $3 catalina from last trip so my total oop was $2.36 and I received a $2 and a $5 catalina. Plus I received another free milk catalina! I saved $16.95. So I paid $2.36 for $19.31 worth of product.

Transaction #2:

Buy 10, get $5 off instantly:
  • 2 Quaker Cinnamon Life $2.49 - $0.75/1 MQ, one of which doubled so one box was $0.99 and the other was $1.74 = $2.73
  • 4 Rice-a-Roni $0.79/ea = $3.16
  • 2 Finish Powerball Dish-washing Detergent $2.99 - $1/1, which doubled $0.99/ea = $1.98
  • 2 Bullseye BBQ $0.79/ea = $1.58
  • 2 Grill Mates Marinades $1/ea - $1/2 MQ = $0.50/ea = $1
  • 2 Suddenly Salad Pasta Salad $1.25/ea - $1/2 = $0.75/ea = $1.50
  • 2 Earth Grain Breads $2.50/ea = $5.00
  • 3 lb bag of Chicken Breasts $5.99 after in ad coupon
  • 3 lbs of bananas = $2.15
  • 1.14 lb red onion = $1.47
  • 2.21 lbs peaches = $2.19
  • 1 jalapeno = $0.06
  • 1 lb deli sliced ham = $4.84
I used the $2 and $5 catalina from the first transaction. My total oop was $25.33. I saved $49.20. So I paid $25.33 for  $74.53 worth of groceries.

Transaction #3:
  • 1 gallon of milk = FREE with the purchase of 4 Dannon yogurts
  • 4 Dannon Light & Fit yogurts $2/ea - $1/2 MQ, which doubled = $1/ea = $4
  • 4 Athenos Greek yogurts $1/ea - $1/2 MQ = $0.50/ea = $2
  • 1 Dannon Danimals Smoothies $2 - $1/1 MQ, which doubled = FREE
I paid $5.71 oop, saved $17.40. I paid $5.71 for  $23.11 worth of product.

I went back with my mom later that day and got:
  • 3 Herbal Essences $2.79/ea - $1/1 MQ, which doubled = $0.79/ea
I paid $2.88 oop and saved $6.00. So I paid $2.88 for  $8.88 in product.

I went back yesterday to use up all my double coupons. I seem to have lost my envelope with my receipts so I am going to have to remember this the best that I can:
I can't remember the order I bought all this in. I did 3 transactions. I will just lump it all together.
  • Scott Toilet Paper $6.99 - $1/1 MQ which doubled = $4.99 - $0.75 in ad coupon = $4.74
  • Newmans Own Lemonade $1.99 - $0.50/1 MQ which doubled = $0.99
  • 2 cans Ortega Chilies $1.49/ea - $1/2 MQ which doubled = $0.49/ea = $0.98
  • Tillamook Sour Cream $1.89
  • CoffeeMate Natural Creamer $2.99 - $1/1 which doubled = $0.99
  • 2 three pk. Treetop Juice $1/ea - $1/2 MQ which doubled = FREE
  • Garnier Fructis Shampoo $2.50 - $1/1 MQ which doubled = $0.50
  • 2 Lysol Wipes $2.50/ea - $1/2 MQ which doubled & $1/1 in ad coupon = $1/ea = $2
  • 2 V8 V-Fusion Juice $4.29/ea - $1/1 which doubled = $2.29/ea = $4.58
  • V8 Fusion + Tea = FREE (with the purchase of 2 V8)
I paid $16.67 + tax = approx. $18.50. I saved $24.24 in coupon savings. I am not sure how much I saved in preferred savings though :( I would say it was between $5 - $7 in preferred savings. So I paid approx. $18.50 for appox. $49.74 in product.

All in all at Albertsons I paid $54.78 for $175.57 in product!

Store #2 Walgreens:
Transaction #1:
  • 2 Dove Hair Care, 2 Mens + Care Body Wash $3.75/ea - $3.75 Men's Care wyb Dove hair care MQ (x2) = $7.50 for all four
I paid $8.93 oop and saved $12.46. I received a $5 RR. I paid $8.93 for  $21.39 worth of product.

Transaction #2:
  • 3 Johnson & Johnson Baby products $3/ea - $2/2 and $1/1 MQ = $6.00 for all 3
  • 1 Kraft Mayo $2.49 - $0.75 = $1.74
  • Tylenol Precise $7.99 - $5/1 MQ and $3/1 Wags Q = FREE
  • 2 Scotch Tape $1.50/ea with in ad coupon - $1/1 MQ (x2) = $0.50/ea = $1
I  used the $5 RR. I paid $5.63 and I saved $30.30. I received a $1 RR. I paid $5.63 for $35.93 worth of product! All in all I paid $14.56 for $57.32 in product.

Store #3 Walmart:
  • Snuggle Dryer Sheets $1.87 - $1/1 MQ = $0.87
  • 2 four pk. Rayovak batteries $0.97/ea - $1/1 MQ (x2) = FREE + $0.06 overage
  • White Cloud Wipes $1.50 - $1/1 MQ = $0.50
  • Renuzit Air Freshening Crystals $2.97 - $3/1 MQ = FREE + $0.03 overage
  • All You Magazine $1.88
  • 2 KY Lubricant $2.62 - $3/1 MQ (x2) = FREE + $0.76 overage
  • Juicy Juice $2.67 - $1/1 MQ = $1.67
  • 4 six pk Coke $1.25/ea = $5
I paid $11.01. Walmart doesn't itemize so I don't know exactly what I saved but I saved $14 with coupons. So I paid $11.01 for $25.01 in product.
  • Worcestershire $2.88 - $1/1 = $1.88
  • 2 Benadryl Itch Relief Stick $2.28 - $2/1 MQ (x2) = $0.28/ea = $0.56
I paid $2.86 and I saved $5. So I paid $2.86 for $7.86 in product.

So all in all I paid $13.87 at Walmart for $32.87 in product.

Store #4 Target:
  • Shout Fabric Spray $2.29 - $1/1 MQ = $1.29
  • Shout Wipes (travel size) $0.97 - $1/1 MQ = FREE
  • 2 Benadryl Itch Relief Sticks $2.29 - $2/1 MQ (x2) = $0.29/ea = $0.58
  • Tylenol Precise $4.91 (clearance) - $5/1 MQ = FREE
  • 2 Pepperidge Farm Cracker Chips $2/ea - $1/1 MQ (x2) = $1/ea = $2
  • 3 Kraft Dressing $1.59/ea - $1/2 MQ & B2G1 Free Target Q = $0.73/ea = $2.18
  • 2 Ortega Taco Seasoning $0.69/ea - $1/2 = $0.19/ea = $0.38
  • 2 Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs $2.19/ea - $0.75/1 MQ (x2) = $1.44 - $1/2 Target Q = $0.94/ea = $1.88

I paid $15.02 and I saved $28.26. So I paid $15.02 for $43.28 in product.

Store #5 Rite Aid:
Transaction #1:
  • Lysol Healthy Hands No Touch $7.99 - $3/1 MQ = $3.99, received $3 in +up = $1.99
  • Crest Toothpaste $2.69 - $0.75 MQ = $1.94, received $2.69 +up = $0.75 MONEY MAKER
I used $6.99 in +up from last trip. I paid $1.92 and saved $18.04. I paid $1.92 for $19.96 in product. I received $3 and $2.69 in +up.

Transaction #2:
  • 2 Stayfree pads $2.50/ea - BOGO Free MQ = $2.50 for both, received $2 +up = $0.50
  • got2b Hairspray $4.99
I used the $2.69 & $3 in +up from last transaction. I paid $2.72 and saved $12.67. I paid $2.72 for $15.39 in product. And I have $2 in +up for next time and a $4.99 single check rebate. I paid $4.64 for $35.35 in product.

For all my shopping trips I paid $102.87 for $344.39 in product!!!
